Trip to Coos Bay

We are so fortunate to have the ocean just an hour and a half away!! While exploring the little town of Coos Bay we found this Botanical Garden. It was absolutely amazing!

So my girlfriend Amanda 'tagged' me a while ago, and for all of you who know...I have never done a tag. Mainly because I find that I am not funny enough to write something down, or I am just unwilling to take the time and complete the tag. April Project

Well as you can see - this backyard was screaming for some help. So replacing our backyard has become our April project. Before...

Timber....With a little help from our friend Andy, an extension cord, and saw. Jeremy was able to chop down the huge ugly pine tree.


We got to dig out all the roots. NOT FUN! Who knew the roots were bigger than the tree? Go figure.

We had to rent a U-Haul for all the tree branches, bushes, and tree stumps (I dug out 10 tree stumps, all by myself) That's right...bionic women! :)

For Adult ears only...I love when Jeremy gets to use power tools. For some odd reason he feels like such a big man afterwards!!! So you can image after a weekend of tilling....Ahh never mind. We will keep you posted on the progress. Wish us luck.

'Famous'

On Easter Sunday Kylee and her friend Brady appeared on the front page with a whole story written about them. This is the picture that was in the newspaper. Kind of fun to have our baby making the headlines already!

All week long we have been "prepping" Kylee for the big Easter Egg hunt. The first picture is her during the week. The second pic is her getting ready for the easter egg hunt. And the third picture...Well I lost my child!
