I'm so glad that you are taking a lot of pictures during the process. It look like you are enjoying all the work that has to be done. Your house has a lot of potential. I look forward to seeing it when it is done.

I need to talk to you... I keep thinking about flipping a house and need to know what you think. We were just the contractor's on our own and I am really wanting to flip one if the right opportunity comes along! Let me know if you are enjoying it and if you would do it again! Amber

Andrea- your little family is so cute! Your daughter is adorable- and you, as usual, look amazing and like you were never pregnant! I know how you feel about the house situation. Jon and I did that when we first got married (not a complete overhaul, but close). It's a PAIN during, but worth it after when you can enjoy the work or make some money when you sell. Good luck with everything!
