Just to give you a clue...The previous owner had two gigantious dogs and smoked like a chimney. On our home inspection the air quality of the home was in the negative figures! Here is a picture of the walls and some left over dog hair.

Oh Andrea, I'm so impressed! Fixing up a home is sooooo much work, but it will be so rewarding when it's all finished. Good luck and take lots of shots along the way...it will be crazy to look back at them!
I didn't know you guys had bought a home to fix up. You need to keep everyone posted. I hope you got a good deal on it. Otherwise it wouldn't be worth all the work. I'm sure it will look great when you are done, because your townhouse was so cute.
