Christmas in Logan

On Christmas day my Grandma prepares a feast for breakfast, which is a holiday tradition in our home. Shorlty after we have over ate we begin devouring the gifts from under the tree. So much fun!!

Christmas in Salt Lake

It was so much fun to get together with the fam. We spent much of the day eating, laughing and just relaxin!

It is so much fun watching Kylee interact with her new little friends. It seems as long as they can push or pull her in some kind of container she will be very happy.

Christmas in Bear Lake

We spent a whole week in Bear Lake with the folks. It was so much fun to make home made cherry cordials, set up some christmas decor and just hang out.

Trip to Boise

We flew into Boise and spent the weekend with the family and then meet up with some friends . What a great start to our vacation!

Sweet Addition

On December 3rd we welcomed a new little niece to the family. Congrats to Jeremy's brother Rick and his wife Holly!

It never occured to me why Jeremy was always getting pooped or peed on. But now I know why.....Jeremy was trying to change Kylee's diaper the other night when all of a sudden all sorts of crying and fussing began. I walked into the room to see if I could be of some assistance and saw my daughter dangling from her fathers arms. I asked Jeremy what he was doing and he replied. "wiping her bum of course" As we have found, changing a diaper is not as easy as it used to be!

Thanksgiving

So we headed to Utah for Thanksgiving. It was so nice to see everyone and extremely nice to eat lots of food that someone else prepared!

Christmas is a time for remembering our Savior, those who are less fortunate, and my favorite.......EATING FOOD! To help bring in some holiday spirit, Lane and Erin came over and we dipped pretzles.

I have realized that if I let Kylee touch, slobber, and lick everything, than later on she doesn't care what is around her because she has already left her mark. Brillant! But we will see how long this lasts.

Trip to Coos Bay

The other day, Kylee and I tagged along with Jeremy to a place called Coos Bay. It is amazing how beautiful this place is! Despite the crazy windey (is this even a word?) roads, this place is perfect! I guess that I should mention that the first pic is of Coos Bay. The second two pictures are of a place called Lunes Lake. On our way to Coos Bay we took a minor detour to find this place. Yes it is beautiful, but due to the crazy roads in Oregon, it took us 2 excedrin, 4 dramamines? and lots of food and rest to bounce back.

Growin Up

The other day I was making the bed when all of a sudden it became very quit and peacful. I thought to myself that something must be wrong and went on a search for the little one. I turned the corner to our bathroom to find all my makeup and hair equipment scattered throughout the bathroom floor. I guess this means that it is time to get locks on the cabinets.

Trip to the Park

This was Kylee's first time to the park. You would guess by looking at the pictures, that it was Jer's and I's first time too. All I can say, is.....we never had toys like that back in our day. :)

I Hate Plumbing!

So...The other day Jeremy decided to install our new toilet. During this process he accidently dropped a very important screw down the craper. Yes, that right - guess who had the privledge of reaching in and down the long tunnel. Yours truely. Just to top it off, later on that day we found the largest magnet ever. As if.

Getting There - Slowly, but surely!

Just to give you a clue...The previous owner had two gigantious dogs and smoked like a chimney. On our home inspection the air quality of the home was in the negative figures! Here is a picture of the walls and some left over dog hair.

The other day Jeremy got in the shower and Kylee followed him right into the bathroom and waited for him to finish. You can tell who loves her dad!

A Trip Back Home

We just got home from visiting the fam. It was great to see everyone! Kylee loved seeing her little cousins and had a blast playing the piano with grandma!

Labor Day

For Labor Day we headed up north with some friends and had a little cook out on the beach of the North Umpqua River.
